Amplasat într-o zonă retrasă și linistită, aproape de centrul orașului Târgu Mureș, PRIVO este un concept hotelier în care istoria și modernismul se completează reciproc pentru a crea un stil distinct. PRIVO este un refugiu minimalist pentru business și relaxare, unde design-ul propune un dialog cald și primitor între hotelul modern și ansamblul istoric format din Villa Csonka și parcul cu o suprafată de 3.500 mp.
Hotelul este emblematic pentru ceea ce inseamnă noile standarde de ospitalitate, oferind oaspeților camere și apartamente clasificate la 4 și 5 stele, care redefinesc criteriile de design și confort.
Noul hotel intampină oaspeții cu o abordare modernă, un design simplu, aerisit și o atmosferă ce reflectă caracterul unic al locului.
Simbol al conceptului PRIVO, vizibil din toate spațiile interioare, vila Art Nouveau marchează dialogul dintre vechi și nou. Restaurată în perioada 2011- 2013, Villa Csonka reprezintă nucleul în jurul căruia a fost construit noul ansamblu și poate fi admirată din toate holurile interioare ale hotelului. Mobilată cu piese originale Thonet și Art Deco recondiționate, cu o vechime de peste 100 de ani, vila dispune de trei camere și trei apartamente cu acces direct din recepția hotelului, fiecare dintre acestea având un design unic.
Restaurantul, Enoteca, sălile de conferințe, spa-ul și parcul sunt câteva dintre elementele prin care hotelul caută să ofere oaspeților simbioza perfectă între muncă și relaxare.

PRIVO este un restaurant fine dining în care ambianța elegantă și cultura culinară propun o bucătărie internațională și cele mai proaspete ingrediente regionale interpretate într-o manieră contemporană.
Restaurantul oferă un meniu à la carte cu specific internațional, precum și posibilitatea organizării de evenimente corporate și private, prezentări și degustări tematice. Meniurile restaurantului au fost semnate de Executive Chef Doru Pastramă în 2014, Executive Chef Martin White în 2015 și, incepând de anul trecut, sunt realizate în colaborare cu Certified Master Chef Henrik Sebok.
Enoteca deține o selecție de peste 320 etichete de vinuri și aproximativ 4.000 sticle, având o cameră pentru degustări și o cameră dedicată depozitării și tezaurizării pe termen lung. Sommelierul casei, Marius Danciu, a realizat o selecție de vinuri în concordanță cu meniul restaurantului, care să acopere cât mai multe zone viticole ale lumii și tipologii de gust. Enoteca deține o selecție impresionantă de vinuri renumite, iar specialitatea PRIVO este acea descoperire pe care o poate oferi oaspeților.
La PRIVO se organizează periodic cine gastronomice și degustări de vinuri, iar oaspeții au parte de o experiență unică, fie că este vorba de un astfel de eveniment sau de o cină a-la-carte.

Set in a private and quiet area, close to the centre of Târgu Mureș, PRIVO is a hotel concept where history and modernity complement each other to create a distinct style. PRIVO is a minimalist refuge for business and leisure, where design offers a warm and inviting dialogue between the modern hotel and the historical ensemble that consists of Villa Csonka and the park, covering an area of ,500 square metres.

As a symbol of the PRIVO concept, visible from all the interior spaces, the Art Nouveau villa marks the dialogue between old and new. Restored from 2011- 2013, Villa Csonka is the core around which the new assembly was built and that can be admired from all interior corridors of the hotel. Furnished with original Thonet and reconditioned Art Deco pieces, at more than 100 years old, the villa has three bedrooms and three suites with direct access from the hotel reception, each of them with a unique design.
The restaurant, Enoteca, the conference rooms, the spa and the park are some of the elements through which the hotel seeks to provide its guests the perfect symbiosis between work and relaxation.

PRIVO is a fine dining restaurant where the elegant ambience and the culinary culture propose an international cuisine and the freshest regional ingredients interpreted in a contemporary way.
The restaurant offers an international à la carte menu and the possibility of organising corporate and private events, presentations and themed tastings. The restaurant menus were signed by Executive Chef Doru Pastramă in 2014, Executive Chef Martin White in 2015 and, since last year, they are realised in collaboration with Certified Master Chef Henrik Sebok.
Enoteca has a selection of over 320 wine labels and approximately 4,000 bottles, with a tasting room and a room dedicated to long-term storage and hoarding. The house sommelier, Marius Danciu, has made a selection of wines in accordance with the restaurant's menu, covering many of the world's wine regions and tastes. Enoteca has an impressive selection of famous wines, and the PRIVO specialty is that discovery that can be offered to guests.
At PRIVO, gastronomic dinners and wine tastings are periodically organised and guests can enjoy a unique experience, whether it's such an event or dinner à la carte.
